The eight-episode season will follow the duo, who were born and raised on the island, as they tackle substantial renos in one of the most expensive and restrictive states in the country. In the premiere episode, “There’s a Tree Growing Through the Roof!,” the couple tracks down the owners of a home that has been abandoned for 20 years and purchase it to flip. The house is in a great location but rough shape with a tree growing through the roof, making it their most challenging transformation yet.

Two back-to-back episodes close out the sci-fi drama’s second season. First, in “As the World Burns,” Ben (Raymond Lee) leaps into the body of a Baltimore firefighter in 1974 and is unexpectedly reunited with his time-crossed love, Hannah (Eliza Taylor), and her son, Jeffrey (Connor Esterson). Trapped in a towering inferno, Ben must find a way to repair their troubled relationship and save their lives before it’s too late. Then, in “Against Time,” the season finale, Ben finds himself behind the wheel of a speeding stock car in 1976, but a terrifying threat from the future could sabotage the leap. In honor of Black History Month, MOVIES! will be airing classic films highlighting the African American experience today, starting with the 1959 sci-fi romance The World, the Flesh and the Devil, in which Harry Belafonte stars as the last man alive after a nuclear holocaust and goes in search of other survivors. Following that is the 1965 romance drama A Patch of Blue, in which Sidney Poitier befriends a blind girl and helps her escape her abusive home life. Then, the two-part miniseries Mama Flora’s Family (1998), which follows a woman’s life from the 1910s through the 1970s, and The Temptations (1998), another miniseries, about the singers of the hit Motown group The Temptations, air back-to-back. Finally, The Great White Hope (1970) presents the life of Jack Johnson (James Earl Jones), the first Black heavyweight champion, The Autobiography of Miss Jane Pittman (1974) depicts African American life in the South at the end of the Civil War through the eyes of a young slave named Jane Pittman, and Conrack (1974) follows a teacher (Jon Voight) who moves to a South Carolina island to teach at an all-Black school.
