CHELSEA islazy, rude, and leaves packages wherever she wants. She disregards delivery instructions. She refuses todeliver packages tothe front door and leaves them either inthe middle ofthe driveway oron the trash pile byour garbagecan. I’ll bein all week until this issue isresolved.

Absolutely disgusted with how mypackage was treated and when myhusband confronted them, they said it’s not their problem!!! Itis absolutely your problem and you still have myoriginal package lost inthe wind!!! Ifthis iswhat the Reshipped package looks like, I’m dreading what the original one looks like currently. You should be100% ashamed! You broke beyond repair mycaddy that holds cleaning supplies and you bashed this package around somuch, the disinfectant bottle leaked everywhere!!!Thankfully the shipper did anamazing job packing this box upor Iwould have lost more… deplorable and disgusting service from USPS– show

This post office isawful. Many packages are not delivered, delivered tothe wrong address ora comment isleft online that there isno access todeliver. When trying tocall, noone will answer the phone. Due tothis continual nightmare, Iwill only order online ifthe USPS isNOT involved. Someone needs tooverhaul this place and make itfunctional.

I went tothis post office topick upa very important package that mypostal carrier refused todeliver, and not one postal employee was wearing amask. Not even the Post Master, whom Ispoketoo. How amI suppose tostay safe and social distance when Iam forced togo tothe post office topick upa package that should have been delivered and tosubjected tothe virus because not one employee wore amask. Maybe, the USPS would bebetter off being privatized because then Imight get more respect and better service.– show

Who has the best mail person ever? WEDO! Our mail-lady Gloria Kuykendall isthe sweetest and most caring lady! Our 120lb.lab, Angel isn't usually scared when they're storms, but last week Gloria said that Angel was acting SUPER scared when she was delivering our mail, and since wemust not have been home atthe time, she went out ofher way toshow Angel where the best shelter there was inour yard (there are various options, but Angel must have been too scared tofind them herself inher older age), and even arranged some items around her tomake her feel safe. Iwish there were more Gloria's out there. The only reason Gloria even told usabout this was because she didn't want usto think someone was messing around inour yard.– show

I've never had anissue with this post office. The older lady that works there has always been kind, helpful, and respectful. Ihaven't had any experience with the other employees soI can't comment one way orthe other. Not doubting others experiences there. Just stating myown, which has been nothing short ofexcellent. Isee that most ofthe comments aren't very recent onhere. Perhaps things have changed abit for the better since most ofthese comments were posted. Until Iexperience anything different, I'm giving asolid 5stars.– show

This post office doesn't even deserve 1star. Wehave had several packages “attempted” tobe delivered and nonotice left. ORwe will get anotice inthe mailbox 4days later, after wehave already picked upsaid package. The only reason weknew the packages weren't delivered right away isbecause ofthe informed mail setup online. They refuse toreattempt todeliver, and force usto gopick upthe package.

Not tomention how many packages they have left sit out inthe elements, along with jamm

ing not 1but 3boxes into the mailbox atthe same time. When the boxes wouldn'tfit, they bent the door onour mailbox, and decided torubber band itshut. They even asked for the tracking #s sothey could “prove” that they were the ones that delivered the packages. Sofed upwith this mail service.– show

Call the local post office totry toresolve the issues and can hardly get ahold ofanyone totalk toeach time. USPS isterrible…

There isan older lady who works atthis office that isvery kind, however the younger woman isextremely rude and makes you feel belittled for asking simple questions. Ihave gone onseveral occasions and waited myturn inline and was askind asI couldbe, but each time she isrude for noreason. They also held mypackage for 4days past expected delivery date without even scanning the package infor the tracking purposes. Iended upgoing tothe shipper and filed aclaim, the shipper was kind and let meknow that mypackage had been sitting atthe post office for days. The day after Italked tothe shipper, they delivered mypackage. Iunderstand that this time ofyear istough, but being alittle nicer would probably help myoverall frustration.– show
